The Louvre Brings Ancient Relief Of Tehran Stock Exchange’s Logo To Iran
The first large-scale exhibition by the Louvre Museum in Iran will be inaugurated on 5 March 2018 in the National Museum of Iran.
The event coincides with the 80th anniversary of the Iranian museum, as well as the 50th anniversary of Tehran Stock Exchange.
Among 56 masterpieces, the exhibition will include a metallic relief discovered in Lorestan province, mid-west of Iran. Tehran Stock Exchange‘s logo is inspired by this ancient object, which dates back to Achaemenian dynasty (550 – 330 BC).
