Uzbekistan's Islomjon Bakhramov followed in the footsteps of his younger brother with victory in the 60 kilograms event as Iran snatched the team Greco-Roman title by a narrow two-point margin at the Asian Wrestling Championships in Xi’an in China.
Bakhramov secured the 60kg Greco-Roman crown by defeating North Korea's Ri Se-un by technical fall in a one-sided final at Xi’an Electronic Science and Technology University Gymnasium.
His brother Ilkhom had yesterday clinched the 55kg crown.
India's Gyanender Gyanender and Kenichiro Fumita of Japan were the recipients of the bronze medals in the division.
Bakhramov's triumph was not enough for Uzbekistan to seal the team title as Kyrgyzstan's Uzur Dzhuzupbekov beat Jahongir Turdiev in the 97kg final.
The 3-2 win for Dzhuzupbekov saw Uzbekistan fall two points short of Iran's total of 165.
The bronze medals at 97kg were won by China's Xiao Di and Iranian Mahdi Aliyarifeizabadi.
Iran were put in pole position for the team title following Mohammadreza Geraei and Saeid Abdvali's triumph at 72kg and 82kg respectively.
Geraei cruised to the top of the 72kg podium with a 5-0 win over China's Zhang Hujun, while Ruslan Tsarev of Kyrgyzstan and Demeu Zhadrayev of Kazakhstan claimed bronze.
Abdvali was also in dominant form, defeating India's Singh Harpeet by technical fall in the 82kg gold medal bout.
Ryu Hansu of South Korea, world champion in 2017, showed his capabilities by despatching Kazakhstan's Meiirzhan Shermakhanbet 5-1 in the 67kg final.
Zhang Gaoquan of China and Shogo Takahashi of Japan earned bronze.
Iran finished at the summit of the Greco-Roman standings with four gold medals and three bronze.
Uzbekistan were second on six medals, while Kazakhstan ended the competition in third.
